African Masks- (Paper Sculpture): Goal: Students will recognize and understand the idea of functional art.

Camouflage with Colors-(Painting)

Goal: Students will understand how to mix primary colors, tints, shades, warm and cool colors to camouflage a magazine cutout into a work of art.

Choice Art Goals:

Students will understand how to make art meaningful to them while exploring the various choice art stations.

Students will utilize new interests, current events, or personal experiences as subject matter in artwork.

Students will use an artist’s work of art to inspire their work of art.
